- Nightclubs (we understand these aren’t open yet!)

This is one of our first posts since the lockdown began (for many reasons)!
As, hopefully you all know, DC Event Medical is a small business run by family and friends. Whilst we are all NHS staff in full time employ, the business as an entity is not. As it stands currently all our clients have cancelled from beginning of April through to July/August (quite rightly!).
This has left us in a very difficult position, although clients have cancelled and we are currently generating no revenue, (as a small and fairly young business, we also have no capital to draw on), we still have bills that are due to be paid. We are still doing investigations however it appears we are not eligible for the government relief schemes, grants or loans.
This current situation has the potential to cripple us beyond recovery.
As Director, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of our dedicated staff and volunteers as well as our loyal clients. Without the dedication and passion of our staff we wouldn’t have been able to provide such a service as we have done. Without those loyal clients, we’ll, it goes without saying that we wouldn’t have survived the startup process!
As I am sure you can understand, our social media pages are going to be pretty quiet whilst we as individuals continue our efforts as NHS employees.
